Our humble beginnings started back in 2003 when our Founder & CEO decided to branch away from her father's computer venture to pursue her own calling. With nothing but a mind full of ideas, determination, and a vision, she made the leap and a dream was officially in the making. Along that journey she crossed paths with three individuals - a tech junkie, a producer, and a designer, who all sat around and talked about gadgets, music, and technology that would make life easier and more enjoyable. That was the day Eagle Tech was born. We've come a long way since those days, but one thing's never changed - we still share the same crazy passion, love, and inspiration in everything that we do. Most items over $49.99 qualify for free shipping. Expedited shipping rates vary by location. All orders are packed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving the order, from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Please note that hours of operation may vary on holidays.
If for some reason a product needs to be returned, we are here to help you. Please submit any refund/replacement request through your shopping account and we will guide you through the return process. You may return undamaged items within 45 days of purchase date for a full refund. All returns must include: original packaging (manufacturer's box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.), original UPC bar code & serial number intact, all accessories (power adapters, cables, remote controls, batteries, software disks, user manuals, etc.). Returns must be in sellable condition to receive a full refund. After 45 days of purchase date, you may only return products for replacement or repair. Eagle Tech will replace or repair any returned defective item, during the 1 year warranty period. Sorry, we cannot exchange one item with a different item. If you return a product for replacement and it is Out of Stock or Discontinued when the item is received, you may be contacted by our team and offered a suitable replacement. Buyer will need to pay for the return shipments, whether such return is for refund or replacement. All returns, require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and proper packaging for protection against damages that may occur during shipping. Products that are returned without RMA and/or improper packaging, may be refused and sent back to the sender.
